I recently picked up a used 2016 manual and have been puttering around on it for a few days. A buddy of mine has an ATAS and he was excited for me to get this bike so we could go out exploring together.

We met up Saturday after about 18 hours of rain and we decided that the dirt road we had planned to take was pretty slick still (mostly my decision, I am very uncomfortable on dirt and gravel still) so we stayed on the pavement.

I didn't get many pictures but we enjoyed the ride nonetheless. The spring colors are coming alive and were especially vibrant due to the backdrop of all the wetness after the night of rain we just had.

Enjoy! Its what I would be doing if I had a vista like that within 4 hrs of riding. Wondering about your tank bag, working ok? Keeps things dry. Who makes it? B safe.

That’s a Walmart tank bag. I used this one for years on my KLR650. There is a cover included but I don’t believe it’s waterproof at all. I just picked it up off my garage shelf and threw it on. Works fine otherwise. Coleman maybe?? Mad Dog?
