I find the standard suspension very good, best off both worlds (on-offroad).
I only miss different electrical settings like BMW ESA; 1 for every day onroad use en 1 for the weekend offroad use.
So you can switch easy between settings while driving...

Fair play, I found the point about the +20mm kit interesting due to the excessive sag a the rear on the standard machine.

Riding mainly off road, I find the suspension completely inadequate. While designed for the 75kg rider, Thai riders are reporting busted fork seals on minor off road and trail runs.

Hyperpro extreme on the way for me. Front will be modified too.

Just got my Hyperpro spring for the rear. Found a good report with some data, from a guy same sort of weight as (me 17st in riding gear) which convinced me. After a three week trip off road in Portugal the bike performed excellent, but the rear suspension had too much sag even Max’d out on preload. Not had chance to test yet but happy I did it as all bottom linkage bearings were on the dry side!! So deffo needed a clean and regrease.

Today I made an appointment at the dealer for installation of the Hyperpro set, i have to wait until 8/8 because the suspension specialist is on holiday.
I am curious about the effect.;)

Good so far, done about 3k on it but no serious off tarmac stuff. The 20mm rise is noticeable, so if your struggling from standard this may be an issue. Has deffo firmed up the ride, but will be giving a proper work out with UK tet in August and Spanish/French tet in September.
